  This is a fine company having knowledgeable, polite and very helpful employees. We are a medical facility that waited for another company to keep their promise - instead they kept us waiting all day with patients suffering from the heat! We called Jerry Brittingham and Lauren dispatched a truck which came very quickly. DJ presented their open book pricing system; if you're lucky you will be treated to technician DJ as he is very knowledgeable and believes in educating the client. DJ saved all parts that were damaged and showed us exactly what was needed for our repair. We are thinking about a complete system upgrade - we will definitely go with Jerry for that improvement as well.
